These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ent365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at ent365.cam. Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. ent365 is required to verify the identity of its users prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of government-issued identity documentation (such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani users), proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. The platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is completed to its satisfaction.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. Any activity conducted under a User's credentials is deemed to be conducted by that User. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ent365 immediately via the Help Centre or support email. ent365 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain account security.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before closure. ent365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
The ent365 platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Users may access the Services via a personal device — including mobile phones (which constitute the primary access method for users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major Pakistani cities) — for the purpose of accessing gaming content, placing bets and managing their accounts.
Users agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, Users agree not to:
ent365 aims to provide continuous access to its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages or events beyond the platform's reasonable control. No compensation is payable for periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.
The payment methods available for deposits are determined by the Operator and are subject to change without notice. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual awareness only. These institutions do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling deposits unless independently verified as doing so. Actual deposit availability in the cashier section governs at all times.

Where conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that used by the Operator at the time of the transaction, which may differ from publicly quoted rates. Users are responsible for understanding any applicable conversion costs.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional rewards offered on ent365 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through low-risk hedging bets, exploitation of system errors, coordinated multi-account activity or any strategy designed to withdraw bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ent365 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of platform content without express prior written consent from ent365 is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
ent365 makes no representation or warranty that Users will achieve any financial gain from use of the platform. All gaming outcomes are subject to random number generation or live game mechanics, and past results are not indicative of future performance. Use of the platform involves inherent financial risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ent365's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ent365 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or ent365 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
ent365 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game content suppliers or network infrastructure operators. Any dispute relating to a third-party service must be directed to that provider in the first instance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be identified in the Operator's separate licensing disclosures. These Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or an acknowledgement that Pakistani law governs the gaming relationship.
In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact the ent365 support team in an attempt to reach an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established under the Operator's applicable gaming licence, details of which are available upon request.
ent365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Users will be notified by a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
